#PeopleOfPrecise: Meet Anthony Manglona
At Precise, our people make the mission possible. As our CCAT Norfolk Deputy Team Lead, Anthony Manglona supports preservation efforts for aircraft carriers at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and Naval Station Norfolk, working alongside Navy leadership, contractors, and Ships Force to ensure projects stay on track and sailors have the tools and training they need to succeed.
Through the NAVSEA Corrosion Control Assistance Team (CCAT) program, he helps strengthen fleet readiness by equipping sailors with the technical knowledge and hands-on experience required for effective ship preservation. A former United States Marine, he brings a foundation of discipline, teamwork, and resilience to his leadership approach. He also holds multiple certifications through the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP) in coatings inspection and volunteers as an AMPP Instructor, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional growth and mentoring others across the maritime community.
