Angela Rothwell serves as Chief Financial Officer of Precise Systems and Assistant Treasurer on the company’s Board of Directors. In this dual role, she provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight across corporate finance, accounting, project finance, contracts, procurement, and proposal pricing.

With more than 25 years of experience in strategic business and financial management, Angela is a trusted advisor and key member of the executive leadership team, guiding the company’s fiscal strategy to enable sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Her deep understanding of government contracting, pricing strategy, and regulatory compliance has been instrumental in shaping Precise’s financial discipline and operational excellence. Angela’s disciplined approach and financial acumen have been instrumental in the successful acquisition and integration of four organizations (Excet, Inc., JHT, Inc., Tucson Embedded Systems, and Mission Focused Systems) since 2023, strengthening the company’s growth strategy.

Since joining Precise 17 years ago, Angela has led multiple initiatives that strengthened the company’s financial infrastructure, optimized business systems, and supported major growth milestones—including the successful integration of acquisitions and expansion into new markets. She continues to partner closely with leadership to ensure that financial strategy aligns with the company’s mission, customer commitments, and future objectives. In recognition of her leadership and financial expertise, Angela was recently nominated as one of the 2025 GovCon CFO Stars, celebrating top financial executives across the government contracting community. She was also named a finalist in the 2025 Washington Exec Chief Officer awards —honoring top executives shaping the future of government contracting.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
