Precise Systems strictly prohibits retaliation against any employee who, in good faith, raises concerns or participates in an investigation related to this policy. However, if a complaint is found to be intentionally false or misleading, appropriate disciplinary action may be taken.

The Human Resources department will monitor compliance with this policy and provide necessary reports to Senior Management and applicable government entities as required.

The plan is available for inspection in the Human Resources Department (Lexington Park, MD) Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
