Precise Systems Welcomes Mark Gerasch as Vice president of Strategic Capture

Mr. Gerasch brings more than three decades of proven success in driving strategic growth, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing business development organizations across the defense and government services sectors. In his new role, he will focus on advancing Precise Systems’ growth strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities aligned to the company’s expanding portfolio of capabilities and solutions.

Mr. Gerasch most recently served as Executive Vice President of Growth at RMC Global, where he led enterprise-wide growth initiatives, established comprehensive business development infrastructure, and drove market expansion through strategic partnerships and customer engagement. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to deliver results, including sustained year-over-year growth and the successful development of new business lines and capture strategies.
Prior to RMC, Mr. Gerasch held senior leadership roles at ZENETEX, LLC, General Dynamics Information Technology, and Anteon International, where he was instrumental in growing revenue, expanding customer bases, and building high-performing teams within complex defense environments. His experience spans full lifecycle business development, including pipeline development, capture management, proposal execution, and strategic planning.

Precise Systems announces Samantha Black as Director of Business Development
Lexington Park, MD — May 5, 2026 — Precise Systems is pleased to announce the addition of Samantha Black as Director of Business Development. In this role, Black will lead strategic growth initiatives, expand customer relationships, and drive capture and pipeline development across key defense markets.
Black brings a proven track record of success in business development, capture strategy, and market expansion within the Department of Defense ecosystem. Most recently, she served as Business Development Manager at Valkyrie Enterprises, where she led high-impact capture efforts, including the successful award of a $48 million Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Dam Neck Activity (DNA) recompete. She has built and managed multi-billion-dollar pipelines, developed competitive teaming strategies, and guided opportunities from early market shaping through contract award.
Throughout her career, Black has demonstrated expertise in identifying and qualifying strategic opportunities, aligning pursuits with organizational capabilities, and fostering strong relationships with government stakeholders, industry, and international partners. Her experience spans systems engineering, software, simulation, and training portfolios, with deep engagement across Navy and joint defense markets, including Orlando, Dahlgren, Dam Neck, Crane, and Washington Navy Yard.
