LEXINGTON PARK, MD, November 17, 2022 – Precise Systems is proud to announce the company’s Second Annual Golf Tournament resulted in a $1,500 donation in support of Warfighter Advance.
It is Precise Systems’ great honor to partner with Warfighter Advance; an incredible organization that has transformed the trajectory of the warfighter’s post-deployment life for nearly two decades. Warfighter Advance advocates for a world where warfighters are fully restored through a non-medical process. Rather than an existence characterized by an endless cycle of mental illness diagnoses, medications, medical appointments and disappointments, Warfighter Advance promotes a life characterized by pride, productivity, healthy relationships, continued service, and advocacy for the same outcomes for their fellow service members.

Precise Systems Partners with Support Our Troops
LEXINGTON PARK, MD, March 24, 2022 — Local defense contracting company, Precise Systems, Inc., donated nearly 200 lbs. to Support Our Troops, a 501(c)(3) public purpose charity that supports active-duty service members and their families. Through their Care Package Initiative, Precise collected over 200 donations, including food, hand sanitizer, coffee, toiletries, and sunscreen.
This is the second year that Precise has partnered with Support Our Troops in a Care Package Initiative. Precise has multiple offices around the country, including their headquarters here in Lexington Park, MD. Every office location is involved in this initiative and even remote employees can participate by donating items through Amazon or making cards for active-duty soldiers.
Precise Systems is deeply connected to the military as a veteran-founded and owned business. Since the company’s start, a major aspect of the company culture is supporting military members, including active-duty and veterans, and their families. Precise currently has 174 employed veterans, 52% veteran leadership, and more than 25 military spouses employed. Precise Systems Receives 2021 HIRE Vets Medallion Award from U.S. Department of Labor
LEXINGTON PARK, MD, November 12, 2021 — U.S. Secretary of Labor Martin J. Walsh recognized Precise as a recipient of the 2021 HIRE Vets Medallion Award during a virtual award ceremony presented by U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). Precise earned the gold medallion as a large business after applying earlier this year. The Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans Act (HIRE Vets Act) Medallion Program is the only federal award program that recognizes employers who successfully recruit, hire, and retain veterans.
Precise joins 848 other companies from 49 states, plus the District of Columbia, who have shown a commitment to hiring veterans, while also ensuring that they have a long-term career and growth plan that uses the diverse skills they acquired through their military service.
Recipients of the 2021 HIRE Vets Medallion Award meet rigorous employment and veteran integration assistance criteria, including veteran hiring and retention percentages; availability of veteran-specific resources; leadership programming for veterans; dedicated human resource efforts; pay compensation and tuition assistance programs for veterans.
