Precise Systems Awarded $44.7 Million NSWC Carderock Structural Performance Engineering Contract
Lexington Park, MD — June 30, 2026 — Precise Systems has been awarded a five-year contract valued at approximately $44.7 million to provide Structural Performance Engineering Services in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Carderock Division Platform Integrity Department (Code 60).
Under this contract, Precise Systems will deliver engineering expertise and technical support focused on the structural integrity, performance, and lifecycle sustainment of critical naval platforms. The work will contribute to ensuring the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of systems that support the U.S. Navy’s maritime mission. The Precise Team is comprised of Precise as the prime with Applied Physical Sciences Corp, Astrion Group, Goodrich Corporation, Collins Aerospace, Concurrent Technologies Corporation, HI-Test Laboratories, Inc., Integrated Program Solutions, Inc., Life Cycle Engineering, Inc., Noblis MSD, Tridentis, LLC, and University of Delaware as teammates.
The NSWC Carderock Division serves as a premier Navy research, engineering, modeling, and testing organization, providing technical solutions that advance the design, maintenance, and modernization of the fleet. Through this effort, Precise Systems will support the Platform Integrity Department’s mission to evaluate, assess, and enhance structural performance across a broad range of naval platforms and systems.

Precise Systems, Crane Division Awarded $116.8 Million Contract to Support Airborne Electronic Attack Depot Operations at NSWC Crane
CRANE, IN — June 10, 2026 — Precise Systems has been awarded a five-year, $116.8 million contract to provide Engineering, Technical, Logistics, and Programmatic Support Services for Airborne Electronic Attack Warfare Depot Operations at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division.
The contract will provide critical engineering, technical, logistics, and programmatic expertise in support of electronic warfare systems that enhance readiness and mission effectiveness for the U.S. Navy and joint warfighter.
Through this effort, Precise Systems, Crane Division, will support depot-level operations that sustain and modernize electromagnetic warfare capabilities, helping ensure these systems remain operational, effective, and responsive to evolving mission requirements.

Lexington Park, MD, November 7, 2024 – Excet, A Precise Systems Company, is proud to have been awarded a 5-year, $31M contract to provide engineering, logistics, technical experience, reliability, and data analytics capability to the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center (CBC) Multi-spectral Aerosols and Target Technologies (MATT). This contract aims to advance the U.S. Army’s capabilities in aerosol-based battlefield technologies, target degradation, and non-lethal weapon assessment.
The project will focus on advancing aerosol technologies and innovative methods to optimize material development for battlefield and target applications. As outlined in the project’s scope, the Excet team will engage in a wide range of tasks, including the development and optimization of aerosol materials for mass extinction, degradation techniques, and target evaluation. These initiatives will support the Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Program (JNLWP) by conducting independent evaluations of non-lethal weapon (NLW) technology programs.

Precise Awarded 3-Year, $6.5M Contract to Support Saudi Naval Expansion Program (SNEP) and Saudi Naval Programs Office (SNPO)
LEXINGTON PARK, MD, June 3, 2024 — In partnership with Don Selvy Enterprises, Inc. (DSE), Precise Systems, Inc. (Precise) announces the award of a 3-year, $6.5M contract to provide program, technical, and administrative support to the Saudi Naval Expansion Program (SNEP) and the Saudi Naval Programs Office (SNPO). This includes providing Automated Data Processing (ADP), business and financial, and technical and training support to Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) in the United States and the Navy International Programs Office (NIPO) in Washington, D.C. This support will also include interfacing with the Assistant Defense Attaché for Naval Affairs (ADANA) and the RSNF Director of SNPO to ensure RSNF liaison offices are properly supported by the United States Navy (USN), RSNF, and support contractors.

NSWC PHD is the designated Weapon Systems Integration/Fleet Interface (WSI/FI) Agent and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA)/Fleet Support Agent (FSA) for surface ship combat and weapons systems including the Standard Missile (SM) All Up Rounds (AURs), Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile (ESSM) AURs, multiple Launching Systems, associated equipment, test equipment, and selected AURs fired from the supported Launching Systems.
