Bluestone Investment Partners Announces Investment in Precise Systems, Inc.

LEXINGTON PARK, Md. and MCLEAN, Va., May 9, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Precise Systems, Inc. has received a strategic investment by Bluestone Investment Partners, a McLean, Virginia-based private equity firm, to accelerate the growth of its business. Founded in 1990, Precise Systems is a Lexington Park, Maryland-based provider of mission readiness and software development services to the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Air Force. In addition to its headquarters office adjacent to Naval Air Systems Command Headquarters at Patuxent River, Precise Systems maintains offices at Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division in Indiana, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport in Rhode Island, Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division in California, and a software development group based in Brentwood, Tennessee. Precise Systems employs over 800 dedicated staff supporting customers at locations in over 30 states across the country.
Coincident with the transaction, former Precise Systems President Scott Pfister has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. As part of the transaction, Mr. Pfister and former Chief Executive Officer, Tom Curtis, will join Precise Systems’ board of directors.

He was a highly decorated Marine CH-53E Crew Chief with several deployments overseas.

Precise Awarded 5-Year, $19M Contract to Support NAVAIR SYSCOM Security Cooperation Office (SSCO)
LEXINGTON PARK, MD, April 4, 2023 — Precise Systems announces the award of a 5-year, $19M contract to provide organizational management, administrative, training, policy, and Information Technology (IT) support services to the NAVAIR SYSCOM Security Cooperation Office (SSCO). SSCO conducts strategic planning, develops supplemental NAVAIR policy, provides training, implements process improvements, and manages allocated Foreign Military Sales (FMS) administrative funding.
Precise is partnered with StraCon Services Group, LLC (StraCon) and Aviation Systems Engineering Company, Inc. (ASEC) to support SSCO training services, manage IT services and resources, perform intranet quality assurance and data management, provide financial support and FMS case management, and support the foreign disclosure and releasability process.

Precise Employees Partner with Support Our Troops
LEXINGTON PARK, MD, February 28, 2023 – Precise Systems is proud to announce that they have collected over 160 items and over 200 total pounds of donations from multiple office locations around the country for their annual Support Our Troops Care Package Initiative.
Many of the donations included items that will be of great benefit to overseas servicemen and women, including shampoo, mouthwash, nutritious snack foods, body wipes, menstrual products, and laundry detergent. As a veteran-founded business and one that is committed to hiring active-duty members, veterans, and military spouses, Precise is grateful to have the annual opportunity to show their support for the ultimate hero – the warfighter.
Audrey Pence, a Precise Systems Human Resources Specialist, has walked through three deployments with her husband, who is a pilot in the U.S. Navy. Although she is not deployed herself, she knows just how special receiving these packages can be. She says, “Each day away from loved ones can feel more or less the same, so receiving something different and knowing that people back home are thinking about them can mean a lot!”
The company wrapped this Care Package Initiative on one of their R.E.D. Fridays, a company-wide campaign started in November to Remember Everyone Deployed. By asking employees to wear red or one of their R.E.D. branded shirts and sweatshirts, Precise can raise awareness about the demands of military life for all of those involved – both domestic and abroad.

Precise Charitable Contributions Committee Hosts 2022 Toys for Tots Drive
LEXINGTON PARK, MD, December 21, 2022 – Backed by the generosity and cheer of the holiday season, the Precise Systems Charitable Contributions Committee partnered with the Marine Toys for Tots as the final company-wide charitable initiative for 2022.
Collectively, Precise employees donated toys across local Toys for Tots campaigns in Maryland, Virginia, Rhode Island, and Indiana. Toy donations included sports equipment, baby dolls and accessories, art supplies, and more. Each year the Precise Systems Charitable Contributions Committee supports the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation; assisting the U. S. Marine Corps in providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children during the holiday season.

The mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is to assist the U. S. Marine Corps in providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. This assistance includes providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Program, raising funds to provide toys to supplement the collections of local Toys for Tots Campaigns, to provide promotional and support material and defray the costs of conducting annual Toys for Tots Campaigns. 2022 Food Drive Benefits Local Precise Communities
LEXINGTON PARK, MD, December 9, 2022 – Precise Systems employees helped collect non-perishable food items for families in need across the nation, including Southern Maryland, Odon, Indiana, and Middletown, Rhode Island. These communities are local to three of Precise Systems’ six office locations in the country.
The Maryland-based food drive benefited St. Mary’s Caring Soup Kitchen; the only full-time soup kitchen in Southern Maryland. Providing free breakfast and lunch six days a week year-round, the organization strives to create a pathway out of hunger by providing nutritional food while viewing each guest as a valued individual.
In Indiana, food collections were hand-delivered to the Dawdi Haus; a faith-based mission committed to serving the needs of communities with generosity, hope and love. Precise was more than willing to support the Dawdi Haus as inventory is solely donation-based.
The Rhode Island team’s donations benefitted the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, which served more than 5,670 community members in Newport County in 2022 alone. The center’s community programs include hunger relief and nutrition, early childhood and extended learning time education, and overall community support.

LEXINGTON PARK, MD, March 21, 2023 — Precise Systems announces the award of a 5-year, $42M contract to provide engineering, technical, and logistics services to Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Port Hueneme Division (PHD). NSWC PHD is the designated Weapon Systems Integration/Fleet Interface (WSI/FI) Agent and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA)/Fleet Support Agent (FSA) for surface ship combat and weapons systems including the Standard Missile (SM) All Up Rounds (AURs), Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile (ESSM) AURs, multiple Launching Systems, associated equipment, test equipment, and selected AURs fired from the supported Launching Systems.
Precise is partnered with Valkyrie Enterprises Inc. (Valkyrie), INDUS Technology, Inc.
